Shipping & Delivery

1. We Offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $199.  Please note there is a $50 fee for remote area shipping.

2. We ship the package out DHL or FedEx randomly.

3. Express doesn't accept any address for P.O boxes and APO/FPO address.

4. Our processing time is 1-3 business days, depending on the stock status after your payment has been processed, a tracking number will be provided to you after that.

5. The shipping time is around 3-7 working days.

6. Customs duties and taxes are excluded from the shipping fee we charged.

What is item processing time ?

After receiving your order, each item will undergo strict quality control to ensure product quality. Please note that the processing time varies for different items, please refer to the processing time on the product page. Usually, the average processing time is 2-3 business days (approximately); however, this depends on the stock status of the item.

1. Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

2. Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of products, Avy Hair has to prepare your goods before they are shipped out. We perform strict quality control on the products and carefully package your items.

FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS

We make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAX

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Avy Hair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.

MILITARY ADDRESS

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
